We know that once you've made your purchase you can't wait for your new gear to show up at your door, so we make every effort to get your order picked, packaged and shipped as quickly as possible. Our goal is to ship by the next business day, but we often ship the same day, depending on what time of day you place your order. We will ship your product using a reputable courier company such as FedEx, Purolator or UPS. We will ship using these companies' ground service, unless you choose another shipping option.

Pricing for shipping varies based on your location and other factors such as size and weight of the products you are purchasing. We are currently offering our customers free ground shipping on any non-discounted product over $75.00. That is a significant savings to you! You may choose to upgrade your shipping service by choosing one of the shipping options at the Order Confirmation screen.

Shipping on all returns will be paid by the customer.

As a rule all the brands we represent have high standards for quality control, however there may be instances when a particular item exhibits a manufacture's defect. Warranty only applies to issues of manufacturer's defect and not cover any other issue, including damage caused by misuse (including, but not limited to, rail-slides, abuse, negligence, rock damage, etc), repairs or alterations made outside of the factory, wear and tear or lack of maintenance.

Any items purchased from an are covered under manufacturer/vendor's warranty from original date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for any return, exchange, repair or warranty claim. All shipping and handling fees charged to us by the manufacturer/vendor, as well as any additional shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer. The manufacturer reserves the right to deny a warranty claim or to repair or replace a product covered under their warranty policy at their discretion. Island Snow assumes no responsibility for a customer being without product during shipping, handling and processing of any warranty issue. Island Snow will assist you in processing a warranty claim with a manufacturer, but is in no way responsible for the policy or decisions of the manufacturer.

If you have purchased an item from which you believe to have a manufacturer's defect and which is still covered under the manufacturer's warranty time period, please call us at 1-877-301-7669 weekdays between 10am - 5pm (PST) to obtain an RA number. The RA number must be issued by Island Snow prior to returning your item for warranty. When returning your item for warranty please put the RA number on the outside of the package you return to us.

Please expect 6-8 weeks for return of any warranty product, whether replaced, repaired, store credited, or denied. In the instance that an item cannot be replaced due to availability an in-store credit will be issued for the regular retail price of the item regardless of price paid. All store credits must be redeemed within one year from the credit being issued and the full value must be used entirely during one transaction. A warranty-related credit is valid for items at their regular price (credits cannot be used toward the sale price of any item). If the product is not covered under the manufacturer warranty, it will be returned to Island Snow from the Vendor.

You can rest assured that if, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. A valid exchange or return must adhere to the following guidelines:

1. It was purchased through the online store.
2. A Receipt of Purchase or your Order Number must be provided
3. The product that you have purchased is still in its original unused condition (product has not been altered, worn or damaged).
4. Prior to returning an item please call 1-877-301-7669 weekdays from 10am to 5pm (PST) in order to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Without this RA number Island Snow cannot accept or process your returned product.

With the exception of shipping errors, Island Snow does not issue credits or refunds for shipping charges. In the event of any order with free shipping, returned items will be charged the shipping charges incurred by Island Snow.

All exchanges are handled as a separate transaction from the original order. Please follow the above returns process to return your purchase. Then place a NEW ORDER for the new items you would like to purchase. Your return will be credited to you using your original form of payment and any new order will be a new charge.
