Does Island Snow have an actual store or is it just a warehouse?
We definitely have a store and are very proud of it!
In 1982, Island Snow opened in Kelowna which is located in southern British Columbia in Canada. Our staff are friendly and knowledgeable and we all live the lifestyle of our customers.

Returns
How do I return the product I purchased?
We want to make your shopping experience at IslandSnow.ca as painless as possible. If you wish to return the product you purchased and it is within the 30 day return policy, please follow the following instructions.
1. Repackage the product you wish to return, making sure it is in its original condition and all the tags are included.
2. Include the 4 digit Order Number on a piece of paper inside the box and also write it on the outside of the box. Use the words "Product Return #XXXX".
3. Send the package back to the following address using whatever shipping method is the least expensive to you.

When we receive the product, we check to ensure it is in saleable condition and immediately refund you on the original payment method you used.

What if I want to exchange the product I purchased for another item?
1. Return the item you wish to "exchange" using the instructions above.
2. Go to IslandSnow.ca and purchase the item you want. You will make a completely separate purchase for the new item you want.
3. When we receive the item you wish to return, we immediately credit you back for your original purchase.
